Regis is a private, Jesuit university that was founded in 1877 in Denver, Colorado, by the Society of Jesus. The school offers an accelerated online bachelor of science in business administration program that teaches students about current trends, theories, and ethical business practices in the global business market. This program provides students with a solid foundation of fundamental business skills, including the analytics tools that are commonly used in the industry. Students can customize their degree by completing one of five career-specific specializations: general business, human resource management, management, marketing, or project management. They are also permitted to earn a double specialization by completing the upper-division business major courses and at least nine credits each in two different business specializations. Regis also offers students the option of pursuing a combined degree, allowing them to earn their BSBA degree alongside any master's degree in business. This 120-credit program includes 45 credits of general education classes, 60-61 credits of lower- and upper-division coursework, nine credits of specialization courses, as well as a number of general electives. The curriculum includes courses on a variety of core business topics, such as business finance, business law, organizational behavior, and ethical decision making in business. Classes are offered in an accelerated eight-week format and can be completed either on-campus or online. Graduates are prepared to pursue careers in consulting, human resource management, sales, project management, marketing, or advertising. All online students at Regis pay the same tuition rate, regardless of residency. Students who have military credits, professional licenses or certificates, or several years of work experience may be able to translate these experiences into college credit.
